Caring for Succulents can be easy. These plants are native to drought prone areas. As a result, they store water to last them through long periods with little or no water. This feature makes them ideal as indoor-home plants or outdoor as part of a low maintenance garden residing in warmer climates.
Light: Bright, indirect sunlight.
Water: Succulents like to have their roots soaked with water then dry out quickly. Allow soil to dry out prior to watering.
Fertilizer: Succulents don't need much fertilizer, light feedings during spring and summer growing season.
Care Tips: Succulents have a dormant period when don't need as much water then. Generally this is in the cooler months of the year. Since they aren't actively growing, they don't use up as much water.
